3.4 Errori database e problema con due tabelle.

solo che le tabelle cambiano e sono

Ho aperto ieri un ticket su Invisionpower e mi hanno risposto:

 

The error you're experiencing is due to a number of crashed database tables. ( topic_views AND downloads_fileviews at least ).

It is important to understand that while there are several reasons that a table crash might occur, it is always caused by the server. For example it can be caused by the server being improperly shut down or restarted, hard disk drive failure/errors, improper repair attempts on a database, etc. the IPS Community Suite cannot in itself cause a table to crash.

Repairing a crashed table is a simple process, however we strongly recommend that you contact your hosting provider and ask them to repair it. If we were to attempt a repair, or you were to attempt a repair yourself, it could cause further complications, and it is important regardless to report the issue to your hosting provider so that they can investigate and resolve any server issues which might cause the problem to happen again.

Due to the nature of the way the IPS Community Suite interacts with certain tables, you may wish to change the table to memory storage. If you are unsure if this is necessary or how to do this, you should discuss this with your hosting provider.

 

 

ho aperto un paio d'ore fa un ticket anche su HostingPlaza e contattato personalmente anche il responsabile.

 

Sarà possibile recuperare i dati dal backup?

sono tabelle che memorizzano in genere le visualizzazioni della giornata, il loro compito è di archiviare i conteggi delle visualizzazioni dei vari file/topic... quindi avrai perso solo questi conteggi (vedi in system scheduler > topic views counter e verifica quando è stata l'ultima apertura e controlla negli error log eventuali errori corrispondenti.. per risalire alla prima volta in cui si è manifestato il problema)

 

non penso si riescano a recuperare, ma io le avevo ricreate esportando il comando da un altro database... tramite questo topic poi ho avuto conferme:

CREATE TABLE topic_views (  views_tid int(10) NOT NULL default 0,  KEY views_tid (views_tid));

CREATE TABLE downloads_fileviews (  view_id mediumint(10) NOT NULL auto_increment,  view_fid int(10) NOT NULL default '0',  PRIMARY KEY  (view_id));

quindi avviale nel SQL Toolbox che trovi nel tab Support nell'acp

Ho risolto da sola!

Ho cancellato il contenuto delle tabelle e le ho riparate.

Tutto è tornato a posto.
