Devo inserire nel forum che amministro dei banner, in particolare li devo mettere sopra, in testa alla pagina, e sotto, in fondo

, devo scegliere tra queste impostazioni che mi son state date:

Sto usando adcode integration, ed al momento ho messo il primo modello nell'header e nel footer solamente dei global settings, ma non vedo niente, come anche voi potrete notare. Che posso fare?
